class=\"PlaygroundEditorTheme__paragraph\" dir=\"ltr\">Este cambio es especialmente relevante en sectores como la industria, la hoteler\u00eda, la restaurantera, la seguridad privada, tiendas departamentales, sectores de servicios y el comercio minorista, donde largas horas de pie son comunes en la jornada laboral.<\/p>\n<p class=\"PlaygroundEditorTheme__paragraph\" dir=\"ltr\">El principal objetivo de la ley es garantizar que los trabajadores puedan descansar de manera adecuada, reduciendo as\u00ed el riesgo de problemas de salud relacionados con la postura y la fatiga.<\/p>\n<p class=\"PlaygroundEditorTheme__paragraph\" dir=\"ltr\">En caso de no haber modificaciones al dictamen, las empresas tendr\u00e1n un plazo de 180 d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de su publicaci\u00f3n en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n (DOF) para cumplir con los cambios. Adem\u00e1s de las nuevas obligaciones, la reforma establece un plazo de 30 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles para que la Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo y Previsi\u00f3n Social (STPS) emita las normas
