tradicional de RRSS, estos sitios web \u00fanicamente permit\u00edan una comunicaci\u00f3n unidireccional y con muy poca interacci\u00f3n entre sus usuarios.<\/p>\n<p>Sin duda, esto cambi\u00f3 much\u00edsimo. Actualmente, <strong>las redes sociales ceden el protagonismo a los usuarios y a las comunidades que conforman.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, las redes sociales de todo tipo facilitan la comunicaci\u00f3n entre usuarios y el constante intercambio de informaci\u00f3n en m\u00faltiples formatos. Esto promueve que se pueda conocer gente nueva y las redes personales se vayan ampliando.<\/p>\n<p>Esto lo hacemos todos los d\u00edas y no nos damos cuenta. T\u00f3mate un momento y piensa en los grupos de amigos que tienes, sea tu familia, compa\u00f1eros de trabajo o de universidad. Cada uno de esos grupos es una red social en s\u00ed misma.<\/p>\n<p>Tienen un tinte parecido a como vemos y vivimos las redes sociales hoy en d\u00eda, \u00bfno te parece? No te extra\u00f1es, esta esencia sigue presente dentro de las RRSS que abrimos cada ma\u00f1ana al despertar.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfAcaso te imaginas tu vida sin interactuar por Facebook, Instagram o WhatsApp? Seguro que no, y esto se debe a la fuerte presencia de estas plataformas en la rutina de las sociedades contempor\u00e1neas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Redes sociales y social media \u00a1no son lo mismo!<\/h2>\n<p>As\u00ed como lo lees. Parecen lo mismo, y en esencia tienen un enfoque similar, pero no son necesariamente equivalentes.<\/p>\n<p>Para entenderlo, podemos analizar la siguiente premisa: las redes sociales son social media, pero no todo social media son las redes sociales.<\/p>\n<p>Es decir, las redes son solo una categor\u00eda dentro del social media, as\u00ed como lo son tambi\u00e9n los foros, blogs e incluso p\u00e1ginas de Internet donde los usuarios participan.<\/p>\n<p>Entonces, el social media abarca todo medio, canal o entorno de comunicaci\u00f3n en Internet, y dentro de este amplio universo
