Las empresas constru\u00edan sistemas completos de talento para los baby boomers, que inclu\u00edan procesos de integraci\u00f3n, capacitaci\u00f3n, desarrollo de carrera, asignaciones de desarrollo, programas de liderazgo y planes de retiro; sin embargo, la generaci\u00f3n actual de trabajadores, con una edad promedio de 33 a\u00f1os y nacida a principios de la d\u00e9cada de 1990, ingres\u00f3 al mercado laboral en un mundo en constante disrupci\u00f3n, tal como lo menciona Jeanna Smialek.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>La Nueva Fuerza Laboral<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Esta nueva fuerza laboral vivi\u00f3 la pandemia en sus a\u00f1os 20, se uni\u00f3 a las empresas durante un auge econ\u00f3mico y vive en un mundo donde todo est\u00e1 en Internet. Mientras que la generaci\u00f3n anterior depend\u00eda de los empleadores, los nuevos trabajadores esperan grandes habilidades de parte de sus l\u00edderes; de lo contrario, adoptar\u00e1n pr\u00e1cticas como el trabajo m\u00ednimo requerido (Quiet Quitting) o buscar\u00e1n fuentes de ingresos adicionales.<\/p>\n<p>A diferencia de las generaciones anteriores que esperaban trabajar para solo unas pocas empresas durante su carrera, hoy en d\u00eda las personas construyen carreras portafolio. M\u00e1s de dos tercios de los trabajadores tienen actividades paralelas, y sus perfiles profesionales se asemejan m\u00e1s a un viaje personal, muy diferente de las trayectorias lineales del pasado, en las que se esperaba la jubilaci\u00f3n, colaborando para el m\u00ednimo de empresas posibles.<\/p>\n<p>En medio de este escenario, el Employee Experience juega un papel indispensable, en la medida en que las expectativas, necesidades y demandas de los trabajadores cambiaron tangencialmente y las empresas han luchado por mitigar la rotaci\u00f3n de personal. Seg\u00fan Forbes, el 76% de las empresas latinoamericanas contrataron personal durante el primer trimestre de 2024, por renuncias de sus colaboradores y, durante 2023 aumentaron en Bersin.<\/p>\n<p>En el pasado, los l\u00edderes senior tomaban las decisiones y los trabajadores segu\u00edan instrucciones. Las ideas y estrategias se impon\u00edan de manera \u201cdescendente\u201d; sin embargo, gran parte de la inteligencia que se necesita para hacer crecer las empresas se encuentra en los colaboradores de primera l\u00ednea, de modo que se necesita crear una experiencia de empleado que los active y los escuche. Actualmente, el trabajador en la tienda, planta u oficina que se frustra por alg\u00fan sistema o proceso es la persona adecuada para generar ideas sobre c\u00f3mo resolver el motivo de su frustraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>El Employee Experience es propio de las organizaciones din\u00e1micas<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Si bien estas ideas no son nuevas y aparecen progresivamente en el mercado laboral, es necesario tomar acciones, pues los empleados exigen crecimiento, flexibilidad y autonom\u00eda, y no se puede ofrecer a menos de que se cambien los sistemas de recompensa y desarrollo, tal como lo menciona Josh Bersin. Si no se empodera a las personas en estos roles, los productos y servicios se ver\u00e1n afectados.<\/p>\n<p>La clave es construir organizaciones din\u00e1micas, pues con un clima empresarial vol\u00e1til, la cultura se mantiene competitiva, centrada en equipos, conectada y responsable. Solo el 7% de las empresas operan de forma din\u00e1mica, (1) adapt\u00e1ndose al cambio (2) empoderando a las personas, fomentando la movilidad interna y enfoc\u00e1ndose en el m\u00e9rito, las habilidades y la colaboraci\u00f3n para prosperar.<\/p>\n<p>Esta realidad se refleja en las respuestas del 99,2% de los estudiantes de Open English, que cree que aprender ingl\u00e9s les ayudar\u00e1 a alcanzar sus metas profesionales, mientras que el 97,9% piensa que mejorar\u00e1 su realizaci\u00f3n personal, confianza y satisfacci\u00f3n; adem\u00e1s, el 95,8% considera que podr\u00edan conseguir un mejor trabajo al dominar este idioma y el 98,5% piensa que les permitir\u00e1 adaptarse mejor a los cambios del mundo y las nuevas din\u00e1micas laborales.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con Forbes, las empresas exitosas tienen una misi\u00f3n clara, una serie de iniciativas estrat\u00e9gicas y presupuestos para responsabilizar a las personas. Su caracter\u00edstica m\u00e1s sobresaliente es la entrega de herramientas que les permita empoderarse, liberando autonom\u00eda en diferentes roles. Un ejemplo de esto es Amazon, que seg\u00fan Forbes se posicion\u00f3 como la cuarta mejor organizaci\u00f3n ideal para trabajar luego de la inversi\u00f3n de 1.200 millones de d\u00f3lares en educaci\u00f3n para sus trabajadores.<\/p>\n<p>Estos datos resaltan la importancia que los empleados actuales dan al aprendizaje y el desarrollo continuo. Ya no buscan solo un empleo, sino una experiencia que los haga crecer constantemente. Las empresas que logren brindar esa experiencia tendr\u00e1n una ventaja competitiva en la atracci\u00f3n y retenci\u00f3n de talento.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\r\n\t\t<div id=\"cp_popup_id_14725\"
