Pero, \u00bfqu\u00e9 es precisamente? \ud83e\udd14<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El <\/span><b>time blocking<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> consiste en organizar las actividades prioritarias en bloques de tiempo para aumentar nuestra productividad. Es una t\u00e9cnica para la <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">gesti\u00f3n del tiempo<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> personal en la que un d\u00eda\/semana se divide en bloques m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os, donde volcamos nuestras tareas pendientes a realizar, algo as\u00ed como \u201cprogramar\u201d nuestro d\u00eda\/semana.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lo interesante aqu\u00ed, es darle atenci\u00f3n a las tareas que son prioritarias, otorg\u00e1ndoles franjas de 15 a 30 minutos en tu calendario. Si nunca has usado esta t\u00e9cnica, puedes comenzar dividiendo tus tareas en franjas de 30 minutos hasta que te vayas adaptando. \ud83d\udcca<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfViste? Com\u00fanmente, aqu\u00ed suelen estar aquellas tareas con plazos poco claros pero que a largo plazo, contribuyen al \u00e9xito.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el cuadrante 3 (DELEGAR), se colocan las tareas que no son urgentes pero tampoco son importantes, es decir, son tareas que puede delegar.
